Purpose {#purpose}
Analytics across orders, inventory, and operational metrics, plus quick lookup of entities.
Navigation: Statistics → /app/reports, Search → /app/search
Permissions: reports.read, documents.reports_pdf, search.use
Statistics (Reports) {#statistics-reports}
/app/reports
The reports dashboard shows tenant-wide metrics, including:

| Orders | Pipeline distribution, completion rate |
| Inventory | Utilization, defect rate |
| Logistics | Open pack/return orders |
| Workshop | Open tickets, due inspections |
| CRM | Active customers |
| Crew | Assignments in the period |
Filter by time period (month, quarter, year) where available.
Reports as PDF {#reports-as-pdf}
Statistics report as PDF — /app/reports.pdf
Contains the currently filtered evaluation for printing or archiving.
Permission: documents.reports_pdf
Global Search {#global-search}
Search Page {#search-page}
/app/search — full-text search across:
- Orders (reference, event name, customer)
- Customers and venues
- Inventory (items, EQ IDs, barcodes)
- Equipment
Results are grouped by type. Click opens the detail page.
Search Palette (Quick Search) {#search-palette-quick-search}
In the header: keyboard shortcut or search field opens the global search palette without leaving the page.
- Type → live results
- Enter → full search page
- Escape → close
