Tenant users & roles

Purpose {#purpose}

On the platform you view tenant members and roles read-only. Invite and role changes happen in the tenant app under /app/organization/….

Navigation: /platform/organizations/:id → Members

What the platform shows {#what-the-platform-shows}

Filter members by email on the detail page. Global platform search (⌘K) also finds users and opens the members section.

First administrator {#first-administrator}

When creating a tenant under /platform/tenants:

1. Create production or demo tenant
2. Provide owner email — invite is sent
3. Owner signs in on the tenant host and manages further users there

Roles {#roles}

Role and permission management lives in the tenant app (/app/organization/members).

Legacy URLs such as /platform/organizations/:id/users and /roles redirect to the overview.
