Book contents (case shop) /app/inventory/cases/:case_id/shop

In the case shop you define which items are in the case. When booked onto an order, the full case contents are booked.

Navigation: /app/inventory/flexcases

Flexcases are variable cases — contents are assembled per order.

  1. Create flexcase template
  2. Assign to order
  3. When packing, scan as pack target
  4. Print contents list as PDF

Booking sets {#booking-sets}

Templates for common booking combinations. See booking-sets.

Navigation: /app/inventory/booking-sets

  1. Select item or equipment
  2. Choose label layout (organization-wide under pdf-and-labels)

  • Scan code → item/equipment detail
  • From there: report to workshop, change status

Printing labels {#printing-labels}

/app/inventory/labelsprint queue, label studio (editor = preview), and output:

PDF Download labels as PDF (current canvas, even without saving)
Print Browser print — label grid on white A4 only, no app chrome
Brother Direct print to Brother PT tape (WebUSB, experimental — Chrome/Edge)

Print queue {#print-queue}

  • One search across items, equipment, cases, and flexcases
  • Filter chips instead of tabs
  • Queue on the left: order = PDF order; click = preview object

Label studio (Canva-like) {#label-studio-canva-like}

The editor is the preview — large central stage with auto-fit zoom:

  • Canvas: real rendered content (QR, text, logo), drag & resize
  • Palette & properties in the right inspector
  • Output: A4 sheet (labels only, no header), single label per page, or Brother tape (12/18/24 mm)
  • Templates: load, save; includes Brother presets

Sheet mode: calibrate margin, gaps, and label size in the inspector (~N labels/page).

Tour labels {#tour-labels}

  • Tour fields (production, dates, checked by) apply per print job
  • Queue: cases and flexcases only
  • One label page per case/flexcase

Overlapping zones are highlighted and block saving until you separate them.
